✨ Exciting Collaboration Announcement ✨
I’m so pleased to share that Serenity Pilates will be partnering with to offer classical mat Pilates classes, along with a calming Relax and Stretch Pilates class focused on gently winding down the body and settling the mind.
With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am fully qualified in classical mat Pilates, and my specialist training in pelvic floor strengthening and rehabilitation has been physiotherapist led. This means every class is grounded in safe, evidence based movement, with a strong emphasis on correct technique, breathing and body awareness.
If you have trained with me before, you will know that pelvic floor support, proper form and intentional breathwork are central to how I teach. These foundations ensure your Pilates practice is not only effective, but supportive of your long term health and wellbeing.
