ITFA Headquarters is the Head Dojang of the Organisation, with Senior Master Andrew K H Rhee as Chief Instructor. It is a full time Dojang offering classes to ages from 5 years old and above. Taekwon-Do directly translates as ‘Art of Hand and Foot’ and is a Korean Martial Art and form of Self Defense. Taekwon-do has many benefits, both socially, mentally and physically including the following:

• Increased flexibility and cardiovascular fitness
• Boost self confidence
• Augment social interaction and communication skills training with other children and adults
• Opportunity to progress and improve self-esteem through the belt grading system
