The crew has had a great week out and about, making the most of this perfect weather!

Mel’s Tuesday Mystery Run was definitely an adventure this week, with a little bit of rock climbing thrown in!

Thursday’s easy run delivered the goods too, with beautiful sunset skies making for a pretty spectacular backdrop.

We really do live in paradise, and we’re lucky to have such an awesome community of runners to enjoy it with!

Thank you to The Coastal Rag - Discovery Coast for sharing the story of a bunch of ordinary, kind and supportive people who have fallen in love with running and everything it opens up along the way.

It’s so much more than putting one foot in front of the other. It’s community, connection, pushing ourselves, making memories and cheering each other on.
