Transition basketball is a battle for the driving lanes.

Offence: Read how the defender is sliding and maximise the advantage. Attack the gap, change pace and get downhill.

Defence: Take away the driving line. Force the offense to change direction and make the attack harder.

The goal isn’t just to get to the basket.

It’s to make the right read while everything is moving.

We want our athletes to do more than just follow instructions — we want them to understand why.

If something doesn’t make sense, ask.
If you’re curious, speak up.
If you want to know more, dig deeper.

Because development isn’t just about getting reps in. It’s about learning to think, adapt and understand the game.
