Not by pushing harder, but by supporting smarter.
We’ll be introducing PROPS to:
• fire up the inner legs
• deepen core connection
• refine alignment in every shape
• and create supported strength
What to expect:
Align and Flow: Slow, intentional movement, a bit of shake 🔥 and those “oh wow I feel that” moments in all the right places.
Guided Meditation: Feeling supported and safe to let go 🥰
