Weโre excited to announce Diana has recently come on board at Breathe to take some Pilates classes. Dee is a wealth of knowledge and has so much to offer our community here at Breathe, with many years of experience in Personal training, Dance teaching and Mat Pilates Instructing. She has a very caring and kind nature, is very accommodating of limitations, and will help you get the most out of your workout with her attention to detail ๐

My love for movement, health and fitness began around the age of 15 when I began studying full time dance and was introduced to Pilates for conditioning benefits. It was years later I realised how lucky I was to learn a rehabilitation exercise from an early age. It set my body up for life and helped manage back injuries, and other injuries obtained through being a dancer and other physically demanding jobs.
I love passing on my passion and knowledge of health and fitness to clients and specialise in movement and exercise for ages 50+ as well as younger dancers and more sport specific. I have worked within the fitness industry for 15 years.
Qualified personal trainer with Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. A Strength for Life (Costa) instructor, and a qualified Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor. I look forward to healing your body through movement.โ
