WHAT'S 10X?
New to Australia, 10X is a ground-breaking approach to working out based on 2 weekly routines during which you’ll safely push your muscles to your own maximum. You’ll be done, dusted, and carrying on with the rest of your day after no more than 15 minutes. I’ll teach you how to do the core 10X Alpha workout which focuses on your legs, lats, chest, arms, and shoulders.
Once you’ve experienced 10X, you’ll never work out in the same way again.
WHY DO 10X?
Whether at the gym or working out from home, the main reasons people stop are;
- a lack of or even no results,
- boredom
- never been taught a process of how to do a workout
- get fed up with it taking up hours and hours of their precious time
- lack of support from someone to guide and keep them motivated
10X is a simple routine for the whole body which you’ll be able to complete in no more than 15 minutes. As you become more experienced and stronger, the chances are you’ll be finished in under 10.
Not knowing your results will be a thing of the past. I’ll teach you the simple things to focus on and how to track your data so that you’ll be able to easily monitor your progress and know just how strong you actually are.
As a bare minimum, preservation of strength and muscle quality is essential for your quality of life. 10X gives your body the mechanical, metabolic, and physiological activity it needs in the shortest time possible.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM 10X?
Following the 10X method will quickly lead you to strength gain, lean muscle mass gain, weight loss and improved endurance. Your body will be thoroughly worked out and if spending hours in the gym is the thing you hate the most then you’re going to be very happy because after only 15 minutes you’ll be getting on with the rest of your day.
WHO IS 10X FOR?
10X is suitable for all levels of ability as you’ll be working at your own maximum. If you’re already as strong as an ox, then you’ll train at that level. If you’re just starting out or recovering from an injury, then you’ll select the weight that’s right for you. The important thing during the routine is to take your muscles to their current max and you’ll quickly progress from there.
