🏉 GAME DAY & MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS 🏉

Today we welcome Burnside Rugby Club, Barossa Rams Rugby Club, and Adelaide University Rugby Union Football Club for the final round of the 2026 season.

Mental health is something that affects us all. It can often feel like a taboo subject, but it shouldn't be. Look out for each other. Reach out to a mate who looks like they are struggling, or check in on that friend who has gone quiet.

Born from a devastating loss shared by both Barossa and Burnside, The Kade Macdonald Cup exists to raise vital awareness for mental health. Please, don't let those who are struggling suffer in silence.

Come down today, support local rugby, and help us break the stigma. Let's tackle this together. 💙

🏉 THIS SATURDAY AT THE CLUB 🏉

We all experience ups and downs in life. While some struggles are visible on the surface and easily supported, mental health battles are often fought in silence—hidden from the friends, family, loved ones and teammates around us until it’s too late.

This Saturday, we are proud to host Burnside Rugby Club and Barossa Rams Rugby Club as they compete for the Kade MacDonald Cup, alongside a fantastic matchup featuring the Adelaide University Rugby Union Football Club Women's team!

As a community, we have the power to help break the stigma surrounding mental health. It can be as simple as truly listening and asking a mate one important question: "Are you OK?"

Get down to the club this weekend, enjoy some great rugby, and let’s show our unmatched support for each other both on and off the field.

What a day for the Dragons! 🐉

We are one step closer to the finals after a massive win against Burnside! Down 19-10 at halftime, the team dug deep to secure an incredible 36-19 victory—completely shutting Burnside out and not allowing them a single point in the second half! 🛑🚫

Next week, we watch and wait to see how the Burnside and Brighton Black matches unfold in the final round to confirm our exact seeding for the finals! So incredibly proud of the whole team!

A huge thank you to Burnside and Woodville Wasps for accommodating the 3:30 PM kick-off time.

Another massive thank you to Burnside for bringing the festive club spirit and playing all grades, from U8s right through to Prems, down at the Dragons' ground! 🏟️
