Canberra Junior Tour and Ponderosa Pines Gravel Nationals taught me a lot more than just racing.
I learnt to trust that I can push myself far harder than I thought, and that my resilience and mindset are strengths. I’m starting to recognise how far I’ve come, while also understanding how far I still have to go and accepting that others are much further along the road to me but I’m excited for the chase.

I’m learning to embrace the process, trust the journey and accept that coming last isn’t defeat, it’s experience. Every race adds something and eventually the hard work will pay off.

Here’s to mental, physical and emotional growth and wheelies across the finish line after the hardest 51km’s I’ve raced to date!

Pennys feeling really grateful for this one. It’s not just luck — it’s the early mornings, late nights, the tired days, and finding a way to keep showing up. Learning when to push, and when to rest and be kind to yourself 🤍

We are so thankful for the people who support, encourage, and believe in her every step of the way. This year she’s stepped outside of her comfort zone, stayed focused on the bigger picture, and worked on remembering to enjoy the journey! ☀️

Congrats to everyone heading to Worlds 🌍
And good luck to those still chasing it at Macarthur — can’t wait to share the experience 🇦🇺

This one hurts 👎

Disappointed after all the hard work that’s gone in to catching up with training and fitness after a challenging and disruptive year in 2025…

Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery for Track Nats in 2 weeks 🤞
