When I first walked into this room, it was a building site - but I could see it, and it excited me to no end.
The vision from .katharina.passini was clear: a space where training and medicine work side by side.
Where strength and health aren’t separate - they complement each other.
I knew straight away I wanted to help build something where, the moment you walk in, you feel it’s different.
Not your typical doctor’s office.
Not your average personal training studio.
Even to the untrained eye, you can tell - the equipment makes a statement. But everything I picked for here is functional, intentional, and built to serve the people who walk through the door.
What I love most isn’t just how the space looks - it’s how it feels.
It’s comfortable enough to train in socks or bare feet. The room can be closed off or opened up into the medical practice.
The high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is.
And even though the building is old and wasn’t purpose-built, we’ve used every inch with intention - capped off by the statement PRE-coloured mirrors in pink, blue, and green you often see in my posts.
And so I welcome you to CAH HQ .
Built in collaboration with a rheumatologist, cardiologist, internal medicine doctor, and supported by a dermatologist and two dietitians - this isn’t just a doctor’s office. It’s part of something bigger. This is a place where people can feel safe, strong, and seen - and where I can deliver my best coaching.
A space to start again, rebuild, and reconnect with movement and strength - whatever stage of life or health someone’s in.

Last week, I shared my training on my stories, but here are some more useful takeaways from my week of lifting that you might not know ⬇️

1: Take Exercise Notes 📝
You’re trying to recreate the same repetitions multiple times over a long period—that’s how you build consistency and get stronger in your lifts. Each gym, machine, or new exercise will have different things you need to get right. If you find a setup that feels good and hits the target muscle properly, make a quick note for yourself. That way, when you come back next week, you’ll know exactly how to set it up.

2: Don’t Change Your Program So Often 📑💻
Your main lifts (the first 1-3 exercises of your session) should stay the same for as long as possible—aim for 12+ weeks. This gives you enough time to actually see improvements and push your limits. If you’re always switching things up, tracking progress gets tricky(see point 3). Accessory work (exercises 4,5,6+) is where you can play around more—whether it’s trying a new machine, swapping an exercise, or just keeping things fresh.

3: Track Your Workouts 📈
Getting stronger and building muscle is intentional, not random. The biggest and strongest humans in the gym didn’t get there by accident, so don’t worry about getting “too big too quick.” Track your weights, sets, and reps, and aim to improve them over time. That’s pretty much a guaranteed way to get stronger and build muscle.

Super proud of this woman!
Eva Maria started online coaching with me 32 weeks ago and so far has:
✅ Lost 31kg
✅ Gained 2kg of muscle
✅ Increased strength and confidence
✅ Got ready for an exciting trip to one of her favourite countries—Japan!

(During her consultation, one of her main goals was to have the confidence and ability to walk around Japan).
katharina.passini , the internal medicine doctor from , prescribed Mounjaro—a medication designed to aid weight loss—so I can’t take full credit for her progress.

However, during weekly check-ins, we still focused closely on her diet to support recovery, build strength, and improve overall stability.

This allowed us to train more and move more, which in turn facilitated even greater weight loss.

Eva-Maria went from not feeling stable enough to walk long distances to now regularly completing 10,000 steps a day and she just sent me a photo of her playing paddle while I write this (legend!)

From the get-go, Eva Maria got into the process and most importantly showed up each week.

Weight loss drugs often come with the risk of muscle loss and other digestive complications. However, with a multidisciplinary approach from .katharina.passini & .by.adelina , along with and finding a training routine that supported Eva-Maria, we successfully avoided any of those issues.

💪 Massive congratulations to her, she’s a different person from whom I had my first consultation with 👏
