Three days of SAMI-X PRO: intensive training, teamwork and shared experience.
Effective operational training takes more than individual technique. It requires clear communication, coordinated action and the ability to adapt while keeping personal safety and the operational objective in mind.
Our three-day SAMI-X PRO course covered:
▪️ Weapon retention and protection
▪️ Weapon handling
▪️ Baton techniques
▪️ Team tactics and coordination
▪️ Controlling individuals while standing, against a wall and on the ground, with different team sizes
▪️ Team responses to knife attacks
▪️ Handcuffing techniques in various positions
▪️ Personal protection in relation to operational objectives
▪️ Training structure, teaching methods and progressive development
The focus was on bringing these skills together. How do options change with team size? How can responsibilities be clearly assigned? How should training progress so that individual skills translate into coordinated teamwork?
Throughout the course, we worked on questioning decisions, recognising limitations and adapting to changing conditions.
