2 weeks after surgery. The road back is already underway.

I’ve been back in training for a week now. Of course, it looks different than before and everything is adapted to what is currently possible.

Strength training, cardio, coordination, balance, and especially a lot of work with my left hand. Right now, this is actually a great opportunity to improve the technique, control, and coordination of my weaker side.

My goal is clear: give my body the time it needs to heal while doing everything I can to work my way back to normal training, step by step.

An injury doesn’t mean everything has to stop. Sometimes you simply have to change how you train.

Don’t focus on what you can’t do right now.
Use what you can do.

Keep training. Keep improving. Come back stronger. 💪

Sometimes things don’t go as planned.

A few days ago, it happened to me: a complete distal biceps tendon rupture. Surgery is done, and now the road back begins.

Injuries can happen when you train hard and stay active for many years. What matters is how you deal with them and what you do next.

For me, that means giving the injury the time it needs to heal, rebuilding step by step, and continuing to train whatever is possible. There is always something you can work on.

The arm needs time. The rest keeps moving.

Of course, I’ll continue teaching and working on our projects as much as possible.

And maybe I’ll take you along for a few steps on my way back.

Keep moving. Keep training. Come back stronger.

It's been a while since my last post, so here's a little behind-the-scenes look at one of our training sessions.

In this video, my training partner and I work through a longer Karambit drill, linking multiple techniques into one continuous flow. The goal is to improve our close-range skills, trapping, timing, and smooth transitions between movements.

Training doesn't always have to be hard. Technical training is just as important because it builds precision, control, and better movement.

Enjoy watching!

Small drills. Big results.

In this reel, I demonstrate a simple boxing drill using a slip, cross, and lead hook. Practice the combination first with a partner to develop timing and distance, then continue with solo training or on the heavy bag to refine your movement.

My advice: Train with precision, stay relaxed, and always visualize a real opponent. Quality is the foundation of speed and accuracy.
