🏋️ MASTER THE MOVEMENTS. BUILD THE BODY.

A strong training program doesn’t need endless exercises. It needs the fundamental movement patterns done consistently and progressively.

🔴 PRESS
Bench Press + Shoulder Press
Build your chest, shoulders and triceps.

⚫ PULL
Bent-Over Row
Build your back, rear shoulders and biceps.

🔴 SQUAT
Squats
Develop your quads, glutes, hamstrings and core through a powerful knee-dominant movement.

⚫ BEND & LIFT / HINGE
Deadlifts
Strengthen the posterior chain through one of the most important movements we use in everyday life.

These movements form the foundation of functional strength. Push. Pull. Squat. Hinge. Get stronger at these before chasing complexity.

Fundamental movements. Extraordinary results.

🏋️ LIFT MORE. BUILD MORE. BURN MORE.

Think of it as a chain reaction:

🏋️ Lift weights → Get stronger
💪 Get stronger → Build muscle
🔥 More muscle → Higher energy expenditure
⚡ Higher expenditure → More calories burned, even at rest
🎯 The result → A stronger, leaner, more metabolically active body

Cardio is valuable for cardiovascular fitness and can absolutely support fat loss. But chasing calorie burn through cardio while neglecting resistance training can make it harder to preserve muscle, especially during a calorie deficit.

The goal isn’t weights vs cardio.

It’s build and preserve muscle with strength training, then use cardio strategically.

Don’t just train to burn calories today.
Train to build the body that uses energy better tomorrow.

🔴 LIFT SMART. USE CARDIO WISELY.

Stuck with that lower-back arch that won’t go away? 🍑

Anterior pelvic tilt usually means one thing: tight hip flexors pulling your pelvis forward while your glutes sit there doing nothing.

Enter the hip thrust.

Here’s why it works 👇
• Trains your glutes in full hip extension — the exact position they’re weakest in
• Strong glutes pull the pelvis back into neutral instead of letting your lower back do the job
• Teaches you to lock in a posterior tilt at the top, so your body relearns what neutral feels like

Do it right:

1. Chin tucked, ribs down
2. Drive through your heels
3. Squeeze at the top — don’t hyperextend your back to get higher
4. 3 sets of 10-12, controlled

Real talk: hip thrusts alone won’t fix it. Pair them with hip flexor stretching and core work, and give it 6-8 weeks. Posture is a habit, not a quick fix. 💪

OVERHEAD PRESS
Build Stronger Shoulders. Improve Mobility. Enhance Function. 💪🏽

🏋️‍♂️ THE MOST UNDERRATED EXERCISE FOR STRENGTH & MOBILITY? THE OVERHEAD PRESS.

Most people train shoulders for appearance. Smart lifters train them for function.

The Overhead Shoulder Press is one of the best exercises you can do to build real-world strength because it teaches your body to safely move and stabilize weight overhead, a movement pattern used in everyday life and sports.

✅ Builds strong, powerful shoulders
✅ Improves shoulder mobility and stability
✅ Strengthens the upper back and core
✅ Enhances posture and overhead movement mechanics
✅ Carries over to sports and daily activities

A strong overhead press isn’t just about bigger delts. It’s about having shoulders that move well, stay healthy, and remain strong for years to come.

💡 Coaching Tip:
Press the weight in a straight line overhead while keeping your ribs down and core engaged. Avoid excessive arching of the lower back.

Remember: Mobility without strength is instability. Strength without mobility is limitation. The overhead press helps develop both.
