We firmly believe children benefit by attaining their goals and accomplishments and it is necessary the children understand that their training is considered as a great gift – the values they learn at their young age will remain with them throughout their lives. BECOME A CERTIFIED TAI CHI TEACHER ☯️

Turn your interest in Tai Chi into a deeper practice — and a pathway to teaching.

Enrolment is now open for our Chen Style Tai Chi Teacher Training Program – Level 1, a structured 100-hour professional training program in Dubai.
Led by Master Frank Rao, the program combines authentic Chen Style practice, theory, movement principles and professional teaching methodology.

✨ No previous teaching experience required.

During the program, you will develop your understanding of:

☯️ Chen Style Tai Chi fundamentals
☯️ Silk-reeling principles & exercises
☯️ Chen 26 Form
☯️ Tai Chi stepping, balance & coordination
☯️ Yin-Yang theory & movement principles
☯️ Safe practice and correction methods
☯️ Teaching methodology
☯️ How to teach different age groups

Upon successful completion of the required training and assessment, graduates will receive Level 1 Teacher Certification from the Emirates Tai Chi Association and be registered with the Association as certified Level 1 Tai Chi instructors.
