& All You Want is Your Old Body To Be Confident Wearing The Clothes You Want

The Truth is 72.7% of People Are Overweight so, Stop Doing What EVERYONE Else is Doing…

You are busier than the normal person
You have more responsibilities than the normal person
You life is different than the normal person

You need something flexible enough that fits your busy schedule… not something general for the normal person

BUT… that actually works for your body

TRIGGER WARNING 🚨 Guys need to step up because when you make a commitment, you’re in the for the good AND bad

If my partner told me they were depressed I’d do everything in my power to turn things around

Be there emotionally, physically with time & financially work harder to support the needs as a family

Relationships require compromise & it’s not always supposed to be easy… & that’s normal

I feel like people get “comfortable” & since they’re “locked in” they’re like…. Oh I got her, im good

Where now you’ve committed. It should fire you up to be your best self for your partner

Be a healthy influence
Work hard in career
Be a man that you’re wife would say: “I’m so proud that this is the father to my child”

To each their own but, I stand by living life to the best of your ability if the choice is there !
