.roots Quick 10min workout that will torch calories away and get you toned.

Do as many rounds as possible(AMRAP) of the following exercises in 10min.

1️⃣ 5 Burpees;
2️⃣ 10 Kettlebell Swing(average weight)
3️⃣ 10 Overhead Lunges;

Target 8-10 Rounds.
Option: Double the number of repetitions for each exercise(10-20-20) and reduce the number of rounds(4-5)
