Who said strength and conditioning needs to be boring and take hours.

B Stance DL - 5X5 / Side
Bird Dog Row - 5X8 / Side
Single Arm Chest Press To Hip Thrust - 5X8 / Side

It is amazing how a few rounds of boxing can make you feel afterwards😎

I think if I was told you can only do 2 upper body exercises. It would be weighted dips and pull ups

29/09/2026

Back like she never left💪🏾

28/09/2026

No I don't like to run on treadmills, use the stairmaster or the crosstrainer....I do love the Assault-Bike however 😉

But the idea of boring cardio 💀 no thanks.

If you're watching this you're probably the same.

Try this instead👇

Workout Protocol: 16min AMRAP

KB Swings - X8
Squat Jumps - X8
Plyo Push-Ups - X8

As many rounds as you can within that time.

Simple, quick, efficient, easy and requires minimal kit. Perfect for a lunchtime session 💪🏾

If you're only doing bodybuilder style training, you're leaving soo many gains on the table.

These 2 exercises train your body from the ground up how to generate force from the ground up.

1) The Blast Off or Mike Tyson Push-Up
Works pretty much every muscle on the front of your body and if you do any kind of combat sport you'll find this exercise even better for power generation.

2) Hand-To-Hand Rotational Sn**ch (If anyone has a better name for it please let me know)😅
Most forms of training will have you moving in a straight line, up and down or left to right. But how oftern do you work on rotation?

Once again you're working on building power from the legs, through the core. Building Hand eye coordination in the exchange and then pressing power as you finish the movement. Then you have to work on deceleration as you bring the weight back down.

Give them a try and tell me how you found them💪🏾

How often do you work on your imbalances?

Probably not as much as you should🤷🏾

This is one of my favourite Deadlift variations:

The B Stance DB deadlift (FYI I wanted to use a Trap Bar but there wasn't one, so.I had to improvise😅):

Forces you to work harder on the leg in front, targeting your legs, gultes and back unilaterally.

I couldn't rate it highly enough👌

Try it and let me know how you find it💪🏾

If you know me you'll know that the idea of running 5K is enough to make me pull my hair out.....which is why I dont have any😅

Anyway try this👇

Workout Protocol:

20 AMRAP - Complete as many rounds as possible:

Dead-Stop KB Swing Clean - 8 Reps
Front Rack KB Reverse Lunges - 8 Reps / Side
Front Rack Marches - 30 Steps Total
_______________________________________________________________________

You'll work on developing explosive power, balance and core stability all while being under fatigue with your mind saying just put the kettlebell down.

But that's the challenge, fight through it and build mental roughness as well as your gas-tank💪🏾

Sometimes at the end of a long ass day all you need is this😌

21/09/2026

Since when did getting strong need to be soo complicated 🙄

Workout Protocol: 20 EMOM - Every 4 Mins Do:

5 Zercher Squats:
Quads, hamstrings, glutes, core upper back and it'll take a tone of pressure away from your lower back.

*

5 Pull ups (weighted if you can):
Lats, biceps and upper back, plus it'll help decompress your spine.

Simple. Easy. Done ✔️
