Our Teens Fundamentals Holiday Programme is back from 9–19 December!�Sessions run every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 10:30am (90 minutes).

Day 1 at FIBO Show Arabia set a strong foundation for what’s to come. The event delivered insightful sessions, meaningful conversations, and a clear direction for the future of fitness in Saudi Arabia.

The Reset Fitness team Ethan Matthews and Tina Wade engaged with industry leaders, decision-makers, and innovators to explore opportunities for growth and collaboration. It was a valuable day of networking and exchange within the region’s leading health and wellness community.

Our Reset Teens sessions are back in full swing! 👀☀️💪

Teens classes focuses on Strength, Cardio, Shape, Combat movements AND MOST IMPORTANTLY Fundamental movement patterns such as squat 🏋️press 🧍‍♂️and deadlift 🏋️‍♀️along with learning more challenge-building skills with their friends 🎯

Each child is challenged to THEIR INDIVIDUAL LEVEL 🧠⚡ and movements are scaled to their ability and assisted and pushed by the coaches to help each individual progress and improve at their own pace.
