In our screen-saturated age, getting children and teenagers off the couch to do any sort of exercise is a constant challenge 😬😱
With widespread societal alarm about overweight, inactive children, and totally passive lifestyle of children, we have to take in consideration that by days the lifestyle including activities as nutrition is different than 10,15, 20 or more years ago .
The new times comes with new possibilities but it comes with plenty of side effects in terms of health and wellbeing overall.
If years ago the lifestyle was just healthy it's self without fast food and with plenty of physical activities, well, by days that's totally the opposite.
By days we got to implement a healthy lifestyle in our lives, as it's just healthy itself 🤷♂️☝️.
Of course we can change our lifestyle at any stage of our life...
But, wouldn't it be better if we don't change our lifestyle later on during of our lifetime, instead starting it directly right, healthy and smart from the childhood ☝️
Our children is our future, our children is our responsibility, our children is growing up as a project managed by the parents ☝️.
Implement a healthy lifestyle in your children's life from beginning, forever and everlasting.
Though, there's a big probability that they will hate you, taking them off from the front of computer games and cartoons, be sure they will THANK YOU later ☝️
