We are a functional training facility specializing in not specializing in any one particular fitness program. Our program is built on diverse exercise movements to help maximize human performance, whether it be for an elite sport or everyday movements in general. We will help you become competent and capable of handling the task. Our coaches are certified CrossFit trainers and hold various other

degrees, diplomas in exercise sciences. So give yourself a chance to be your best by experiencing a few sessions with 'Team Fahrenheit'.

I personally would like to salute one of my long time heros since 1986 'Mr Nelson Mandela', who passed away Dec, 5 2013. He was and is a man that instilled hope in the hearts of mankind to be better and independent of tyrants disguised as friends and take charged of your own future. I will miss him dearly. Move on in peace brother..:-(
