Joshua Cheptegei's Foundation has attracted Physiotherapist from all the way from Europe.
Finally a Physiotherapy Clinic is here at the Foundation to help Athletes with injuries and other problems they are facing.
You might be wondering what is sports therapy? Also known as sports physiotherapy, it is an aspect of healthcare primarily dealing with preventing injury and rehabilitating patients and athletes who participate in sports activities.
Sports therapy uses various techniques including manual therapy, heat/ice, stretching, electrotherapy, acupuncture, ultrasound, and vestibular therapy to maintain top function and fitness.
Why are such treatments worth considering though, aside from the usual pain relief? Here are five great benefits that athletes, whatever their level may be, should know about.

Also Joshua's Foundation has partnered with a team from Spain. The Spanish team has supported kids under Joshua's Foundation with training attires like clothes and running shoes and more to come.
This is the first partnerships that took place yesterday Friday 03.12.2021.
Today the 4.12.2021, Joshua's Foundation will be partnering with Action Aid.
