We adjusted the camp, to cater to your feedback:

Harald Fritz, a senior Tri Sutto Coach is in Dubai next weekend offering a weekend camp.

It will focus on nutrition, swimming and running and will take place from Thursday 9th to Saturday 11th with the following schedule:

Thursday 9th:
Evening session (7pm): Nutrition talk (Basics, before/during/after training, Race nutrition, Q&A,) Around a 2 hours seminar with the possibility to eat/drink)

Friday:
Morning session: 10:30 am swimming + talk after the session to discuss the images of swim on a screen.

Afternoon (3:30 pm) session: running style analysis (=bike/running brick for around 1 hour to get tired and then Video footage from front/back and side). If somebody just wants to run without the bike it is fine with me. The main purpose is for the athletes to get tired before the video footage.

Saturday:
Morning session: (time tbc) swimming and afterwards analysis of the running videos 😊

Afternoon session: running on the track and working on the technique.

Max participants: 10

Tri Coach Brett Sutton is coming to Dubai!

This Saturday, 25th of May, Brett will be coaching at Fitness First!

The day will consist of a run and a bike session, coached by him in Fitness First Burjuman gym, followed by a talk and Q&A (venue TBC).

Cost for the day is AED 185 - please reach out to Lisa Hancox to get your slot! First come first serve basis.
