Do you ever look at other people pics on social media and wonder desperately if you would ever be able to reach their level of fitness and strength?
I tend to do that sometimes, admiring others amazing fitness level, then I remind myself of the fact that there are many things I can achieve now, I once thought were impossible.
Don't compare yourself to others; instead, compare yourself to how YOU were yesterday, how far YOU've come today, and how YOU would want to be tomorrow.

Every journey is different, take the motivation and inspiration you get from others and use them to build your own ☺️ *

I particularly love this pose for its ability to deeply stretch my entire spine and give my back a good tension relief...
If you can't touch the floor with your feet, you can support your back with your hands and extend your legs as far as you can, your spine would still enjoy a deep well deserved stretch ☺️
