Diet Plan & Habit Adjustment: My client spent 12 weeks with me to access her diet. She followed custom diet meals which were prepped at home and followed weekly. As her weight dropped, her macros changed too, with the emphasis on keeping her protein intake maintained! We focused on accessing take out meals that were ordered under the healthy bracket, while understanding the ingredients of what each meal! Once we shifted her habits to home prep, the goal was to learn to cook healthy meals around the required calories and macros for her goals. My client lost 5.8kg in 12 weeks which was her goal! She at meals she preferred and we discussed multiple options to assist her with her need to have variation. Super happy with her results! Proud coach! 👏
