helps us obtain and to continue to be in top physical condition to support the weight of a heavy tank, lead weight belt and other equipment that can weigh over 50 pounds! Scuba or skin diving involves swimming underwater for long periods of time, while using self-contained breathing equipment

From the very first time you breathe underwater, scuba diving will continue to inspire, challenge and surprise you. Many divers say that it’s life-changing and, with the sense of achievement that comes with learning to dive, it’s easy to see why. With the right training and support, it’s also easy and fun to learn. With 70 percent of the planet covered in water, there is so much for a diver to see, experience and explore!
