Physically here, mentally there 👆💭 when you let go of the “all or nothing” mindset that feeds off of everything going how you want or hope it to, you’ll learn to grow in ways you never knew were possible!

I see this with new clients all the time, they have a weekend where social plans crop up, they panic feeling like they’ll have to go ‘off plan’ and ruin their progress to accommodate for it… Until they message me and realise how to make it PART OF THE PLAN.

A full healthy life isn’t one that stops you from enjoying social plans, holidays, or making memories with friends/family…

It’s one that ALLOWS you to do all those things, feel present and your best self while doing it; and also be able to climb mountains, run along the beach, and swim with dolphins in the ocean if you wanted to! ✨

Learned from my mistakes so you don’t have to x

Recipe 👇

🍇 Ingredients:

• 100g Pomegranate arils
• 200g Greek yoghurt 0%
• 20g protein powder (optional- any will work)
• dash of cinnamon (optional)
• 60g dark chocolate + 5g coconut oil to melt
• 12g almonds, chopped

(Ok I know that’s 7 but it’s 5 without the optional ingredients 😅)

🥣 Method:

1️⃣. Mix the yogurt, pomegranate, protein powder (& cinnamon if using) together in a bowl until well combined.
2️⃣ Line a flat tray or plate with baking paper (make sure it fits in your freezer) then spoon 50g of the mixture onto it, flattening slightly with the back of the spoon. Repeat until you have 5, top with some crushed almonds (can leave some aside for topping), then pop in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
3️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave for 1 min & stir. Remove the clusters from the freezer, dip one side into the chocolate then place upside down. Drizzle any remaining choccy on top then sprinkle on the remaining almonds & more pomegranate if you wish.

🧊 Best stored in an airtight container in the freezer.

✨ ~ 144 kcals, 9g protein, 2g fibre per serve ✨

For my fellow night 🦉’s who wanna be the early🕊️ that catches the 🪱 but didn’t think it was in their DNA 😉 number 5 has made the biggest difference for me!

Best part is that the day feels soooo much longer & productive!

P.s. I’d call myself more of a ‘person who doesn’t mind early mornings’ now rather than an actual early bird… because the owl still lives within me and likes to come out and play sometimes y’know? We can’t all be perfect all the time 🤷🏽‍♀️
