Our aim is bringing wellness to the community by creating wellness awareness through meditation, subconscious reprograming, yoga, activation of your physical & energetic bodies, breathing exercises and proper lifestyle habits. We are also registered with the Yoga Alliance USA and certified to offer RYT 200 hours of Hatha Yoga
