Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, skilled, and passionate *Multi-Sports Coaches* to design and deliver training programs across various sports (e.g., football, basketball, Swimming, athletics, tennis, martial arts etc.). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have a strong sporting background, and be committed to fostering skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship in athletes of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, organize, and lead engaging coaching sessions for different sports.
* Train individuals and groups in fundamental and advanced techniques.
* Adapt coaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels (youth to adult).
* Promote safety, discipline, and positive values in all sessions.
* Assist in organizing sports events, competitions, and talent identification programs.
* Maintain sports equipment and ensure a safe training environment.
* Monitor and report on athlete progress.
* Work flexibly across different locations and times (including weekends if required).

Qualifications & Skills

* Essential:
* Proven experience coaching at least 2-3 different sports.
* Relevant coaching certifications (sport-specific or multi-sport).
* Strong knowledge of sports rules, techniques, and training methodologies.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to work with children, teenagers, and adults.
* First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Passion for sports and athlete development.

* *Preferred:*
* Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field.
* Previous experience in a school, academy, or sports management setting.
* Familiarity with sports technology and performance analysis tools.
