So, Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps.

Not only does stretching clear your mind by allowing you to focus on your body, it also releases endorphins. Blood flow to the muscles increases after a long stretch. Static stretching increases activity in the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation. ☝️That's just some of stretching benefits where each of it individually has a massive positive impact on human body.
The stretching groups will take place by 1 day a week only for now, by 1 hour ☝.
