My weekly functional conditioning workout 💪
⏱️ 45 seconds each:
• Kettlebell swings
• Box jumps
• Jump rope
• Walking lunges with a weighted bag
• Shoulder taps
• Push-ups
😮💨 Rest 3 minutes and repeat for 4 rounds.
The goal isn't just to burn calories it's to build endurance, power, coordination, and real-life strength.
Simple cue for this workout:
